All the programmes of KGNS are planned and performed through the above committee.
1. Formation and stengthening of self help groups.
2. Establish basic education.
3. Reconstitute traditional labours, which is the basic factor of
self reliant community.
4. Equipping the marginalized society of peasants with easy avalibility of modern technology mixed with traditional knowledge to enhance their confidence.
5. Fostering and protecting natural resources.
6. Mobilisation of local resource and formation of voluntary
organisations.
7. Rehabilitation of the masses who had been entrapped in natural calamities like tsunami.
8. Rehablitation of mentally and physically handicapped.
9. Giving Vocational training and personality development training to all members of the organisations.
10. Protection and practices of traditonal healing systems and herbal medcine.
11. Production, collection and distribution of products .
12. Build up a rural economic system which give more emphasis on mutual assistence and free from all kinds of exploitation.
13. Conducting training programes for all member organisations, giving guidence and assistance to all member organisations to conduct various programes, and onducting annual evalution and monitoring.
